Louisa Jordan

Louisa Jordan was born in Maryhill, Glasgow.

Louisa was a Nursing Sister with the Territorial Army Nursing Service (TANS). She was based at the in Serbia and died of Typhus at the age of 36.

In April 2020, the Scottish Government Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport, Jeane Freeman, stated that the name for the
temporary Coronavirus Hospital at the Scottish Event Campus (formerly SECC) in Glasgow was being named HMS Louisa Johnson in memory of her.

Annie Wilson

Annie Wilson was the daughter of William Wilson, farmer and of Mrs. Annie Wilson, nee Herd, of Delab, Monymusk, Aberdeenshire. She was born at Monymusk, the sixth in a family of eleven children. Her father died in 1904, when Annie was 12.

She served in Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing She died at Leith 05-Nov-18, of bronchial pneumonia. Memorial: Delab. Buried Monymusk Parish Churchyard U. K. Monymusk Grave 1131 Monymusk War Memorial
